Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 10 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello good evening !! Do tummy massage using coconut oil for 5 minutes in a clockwise direction. Include mashed banana,papaya puriee or mash, cerelac,steamed and mashed apple,carrot ,beet root ,potato ,ragi are rich in fibre help in avoiding constipation and hard stools.
