Q.

#asktheexperts Baby have developed a habit to cry and sleep at night.It take lot of time to sing and tap her to make her sleep. and always want to sleep on chest when we try to put her on bed she wakes up in 10-15mins

A. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which is there commonly in night . It can be relievevjd by medicine like colicaid or gastica drops containing dil oil and feniel oil with semethicone. other rceasons could be hunger any illness, nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and sometimes more conditions which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .

A. Put your baby down while she's awake, but sleepy. Stick to a consistent bedtime routine playing a quiet game.giving her a bath.changing your baby into her pyjamas.reading her a bedtime story.singing her a lullaby.giving her a gentle massage.tucking her in and kissing her goodnight
