A. hii. no need to worry. kids usually get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months. keep checking for the signs of teething such as excessive drooling of saliva soarness and itching in the gums. keep massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth

A. No This is absolutely normal because kids can get the first tier till the age of 17 months also if your child doesn’t get it by then then it would be a matter of concern but as of now you can easily wait for five more months
