Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. if the heat rash is due to sweating skin you can apply calamine lotion as well as baby powxder. give plenty of fluids to drink to the child to maintain hydration. you can go fxor prickly heat powder application also.
