VishruthaMom of 2 children9 months agoA. Hi parent, it is very common for baby to not sleep for longer periods at this age. Make sure you give a heavy dinner like ragi or other cereal porridge before sleep. Maintain a routine daily like massage bath and then bed. Refer to articles on the parenting read section in the app.
