Q.

#asktheexperts baby boy is one year old. his hb is 8.2. iron drops are given 1 ml twice a day. how many chances are there of improvment and in how much time?? he also has gastric problem due to iron drop. any suggestion??

A. yes this is fine for now. Food full of green leafy vegetable and fruit contains most of vitamin and protein sources like paneer soyabean or egg . It is required for proper weight and height gain and also for boosting immunity and good skin and hairs . Protein powder like pediasure can be given to baby after 2 yr of age .

Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
