A. dear parent, you should give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables to your baby. these are healthy source of fibre. you can include ragi in your baby's diet

A. hello give fruits and vegetables and include banana avocados potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi papaya which can all help and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
