yes,by The age of 8 months,nuts, dry fruits powder can be introduced to babies
and as you are asking for 7 months old Baby milestones , :
here some of common milestones for 7 months old baby are:
rolling over from front to back and back to front
-baby can sit for a while
with or without support both things are normal
-can track object and able to see the object that are farther away
laughing, playing
