#asktheexperts At 8 months old, it is completely normal for the foreskin to be tight and not pull back (retract).

A. With some kids it can happen which is why I’m just going to advise you to put some oil and try to pull the skin down gently do this practice to 4 times in the day still if you feel it is tight and not coming down then consult your doctor once
