this condition could be due to lack of proper oral hygiene..
maintain a habit of brushing your kid's teeth twice daily using fluoride free kids toothpaste..
consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist

So maybe you are not brushing the teeth properly you’re not maintaining proper or Line probably which is why this could be happening and if you are maintaining a reality of facing this problem then you should consult a paediatric dentist they will be able to give you proper Help password situation
