#asktheexperts as it's the rainy season... no or less sunlight.. so how to cover vitamin D deficiency in a 9 year old kid...

A. Ma’am sometimes in the year even for three or four months if you do not get so much of sunlight that does not mean that there will be a d deficiency of vitamin D in the body so that’s totally alright but if you’re more concerned you can confirm with the doctor and can start with vitamin D rich food and supplements
