as we are not fully aware of reaction of vaccine.
it is better to wait and watch.
so it is not mandatory for now.
just offer homemade healthy food.
keep your child well hydrated
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
maintain good hygiene
