ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 6 months old and he is having a cold and running nose so give him 5 drops of sinarest af three times a day and saline nasal drops twice a day

Hi I have to advise you to consult your doctor your paediatrician would be able to tell you the correct medication for cold and cough issues that your child is having so you get a check personally with your doctor for the proper treatment and medication
