A. Hello ma’am Could be deficiency of vitamin D or something into the body but for the time being I am going to advise you to go for multivitamin calcium and iron tablets for initial six months and consult your doctor if you can go for vitamin D supplement also because all these things together a very important in the body to build a proper strength
