Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy2 years agoA. Hai good morning !! Until one year breast feed or formula milk only suggested along with semi solid foods from 6 month onwards. Because below one year babies cant digest animals milk. So continue breast feed or can introduce formula by checking suitability every 2-3 hours along with twice a day semi solids. Fruit and vegetable puriees,mashes,porridge,malts,cerelac,kichdi....
