SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl8 months agoA. Change the pattern of sleeping, day time sleep must be minimised. Even bathing time can be switched to evening hours with a good body massage to the child, thereafter giving night food will give a better undisturbed sleep to the baby.
