#asktheexperts a baby of 1 year closes mouth when any meshed food is given however takes solid food easily which food shud we give her

A. it is very common that during the initial one or two years the child might take liquid or semi solid diet. but you can always gradually shift to semi solid to solid diet with increasing consistency and you havex to progress by 20% to 30% every few weeks. it is a learning process of swallowing as well as she is going by the child so do not worry and continue your efforts.x the child will learn the chewing process gradually because the child is always copying people around them
