Exclusive breastfeeding is recommended for babies below six months once the baby completes six months you can start giving mashed banana boiled or steamed and pureed apple rice water dal water cerelac to the baby start with one meal per day and gradually give three meals till the time the baby completes seven months always follow the three day rule for new food to avoid allergy also start giving some water to the baby
