There could be lots of reasons behind not eating well sometimes it is worms in the tummy sometimes it could be indigestion constipation and sometimes it could probably be due to loss of supplements in the body lack of supplements in the body so you’ll have to have an assessment with your doctor to proceed further with what they suggest
