#asktheexperts .2years completed for my son, but he is not able to stop breastmilk.

A. Make your breasts less available for nursing. Stop wearing nursing clothing such as nursing bras and tops with nursing slits. Shorten each breastfeeding session before stopping it completely. Postpone breastfeeding sessions and Substitute food, drinks, or comfort for breastfeeding. Distract your toddler.

A. Slowly start withdrawing onto your breastfeeding by giving any other complimentary feeding to the child once a child gets used to it should be easier for you to quit you can try going ahead with fruit milkshakes and smoothies they are very good option for you to introduce external milk to the child
