Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy6 days agoA. Hello! There is no pregnancy chart as such. You should be gradually gaining weight and your baby should have a proper growth with time. You will be advised certain vaccinations and scans along the pregnancy journey.
