Uma RamMom of 2 children3 weeks agoA. Hello good morning !! As the baby is one year + age you can give cow milk or buffalo milk after checking suitability to the baby.
Twice or thrice a day cow milk 150-200 ml per feed and 3 meals breakfast,lunch and early dinner.. You can give other fluids like malts, coconut water,barley,butter milk and fruits as snack in between meals.
