If the fever doesn’t subside within the time of three days on the higher side then it is not a normal fever in that case we recommended to get a checkup done by your doctor it could be associated with viral dengue malaria typhoid and pneumonia these things are spreading a lot these days anyways so please don’t take a chance if needed get a blood test done for your child
