#AskTheExpertGm doctor,my son is 3months old shall I start top milk once a day as I m working.If yes than what all to be added in the milk please suggest.

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. express and give rather if not possible you can give formula like Nan Pro or lactogen with spoon To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

better to avoid
instead of it ,as breastmilk is best food for a child ,I advise you to use any good brand breastpump like Babyhug breastpump
so that your child can get breastmilk even you are not there with your child
