A. complementary feeding needs to be started for the child only after completion of 6 months of age and after 6 months completion you can gradually start complementary feeding In COMPLEMENTARY FEEDING start with two rules Rule number 1 is that you have to give the food in the form which the child can swallow Rule number 2 is that always give a new food for for 5 to 6 days to see whether the child is able to digest that food or not as well as it will help in creating the taste in the child. you can gradually start all types of food made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits. You have to start initially with less amount and gradually you can increase the amount

A. Hello dear parent! Semi solids and water should be given to the baby only after completing 6 months of age. Till then the baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed only. Both the breastmilk and formula milk will suffice the hydration and nutrition requirements of your baby. Continue feeding your baby well on demand.
