#asktheexpert yesterday my baby vaccinated with vaccine of 1.5 month..From night he have temperature in range 100-101. It not gows down after giving paracetomol. His weight is 3.15 and he birth as premature in 8 th month

A. Then check with the dock of the temperature is not going down usually after giving paracetamol the temperature goes down and starts increasing again within 5 to 6 hours which is why you can repeat the medicine again if the fever is just not going down it’s better to check with your doctor
