Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Give the iron supplement or multi vitamins prescribed by your pediatrician. Iron fortified formula or cereals can also be included in his diet. In addition to that try to include iron rich vegetables and iron fortified foods like sweet potato, ragi, oats, beetroot, peas etc., if above one year of age u can give eggs, fish, all greens, lentils, soya beans, dry fruits, jaggery, tofu etc., always follow ur doctors advice as haemoglobin levels has to be in good range for baby to gain immunity and fight infections
