Q.

#asktheexpert will a 2 yrs 1 month toddler be hungry in midnights? Around 2 to 4 am. Is it necessary to offer them cow's milk by that time?

A. hi you may give it. but try to offer heavy food items like sheera rab etc at night time meal which will help to decrease night time waking frequency. keep your child well hydrated dress your child in weather appropriate clothes maintain good hygiene
