Q.
#asktheexpert why my child is staying constipated since born? I have tried providing liquids more also providing fiber rich food always. Providing her senna seeds too. Providing her green veges and fruits. Providing her black raisins and prunes too. Nothing helps her poop naturally. I need to apply castor oil everyday near her poop area and need to press her stomach then only she poops. Please guide me how can i make my baby girl poop naturally?

offer fiber rich fruits and veggies in ample amount.
do daily oil massage her,
offer dome water after givibg semi sokids to sodten stool
