A. hi sometimes babies drink milk too fast and swallow air with milk which gets trapped in stomach and then at the time of burping or after feeding air comes out with milk which we call spit up. so don't wait until your child is extremely hungry for feeding. keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding. make sure your child latches properly. burp your baby on your shoulder in upright position after each feeding for 10 to 15 minutes. as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food. maintain good hygiene.
