In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exhyact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Hi good evening .if the poo consistency is watery or foamy or smelly then check for baby's intake that should be the problem and treat it accordingly And change baby's food or other food intake. Also ensure to give digestion medicines asking your doctor. Otherwise if consistency is fine no issues
