A. hi babies don't have fully developed tear ducts or it might happen because of dry eyes , irritation or prolonged exposure to screen. so first please keep your child away from screens. don't apply kajal or anything. clean your child eyes with fresh tap water. give gentle massage from inner sides of eyes to tip of nose which will help to open blocked tear ducts.
