A. Hai Good morning .. Complexion change is normal in new born babies after 2-3 weeks they regains bg 3-5 months and it depends on melani content,hereditary.. Do milk cream or oil massage use paraben free products for skin softening. Cetaphil soap or body wash is best and gentle on baby's sensitive skin.
