A. that can be due to nasal breathing blockage Give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity. Try to prevent temperature variations around the child You can go for indirect steam inhalation which will again help in decreasing both cough and cold Continue thex regular diet of the child If there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctor For fever and pain give paracetamol

A. Maybe there is a loose blockage which is why your child is breathing from the mouth in the initial stage of time kids take a breath from mouth which is completely normal but still if your child is breathing from now can you have to see if there is a nose blockage or something
