AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. This is due to teething. Clean the mouth area with soft cotton cloth to avoid rashes. Give ur baby teethers. U can buy #Babyhug teethers that are BPA free and non toxic for your baby. Take care
