Hello ma’am Sometimes in this too much sweat around the neck and all it’s very common for kids to get rashes so I would just apply advise you just to clean the fold and neck properly whenever you giving a bath to the child and apply good amount of coconut oil as if there are rashes it is going to subside on its own in I while
