A. hi mom. milk is coming out of the nose is because of the the reflex, aur also can be because of the positioning immediately after the feeding ,. aur also can be because of the the excessive flow of milk always burp the baby immediately after the feed. hold the baby upright against the shoulders and pat the back for 10 minutes. keep a pillow underneath the head before sleeping to avoid vomiting.
