Exclusive breast feed ur baby
Feed ur baby with proper position.
Burp properly after each and every feed for at least 10 min or till baby take 4 burp.
Give Tummy time 4-5 times in a day time
If still issue persist then
Give colic aid drops 0.5 ml (if needed).
Maximum 4times per day.

Bonnisan you can give five drops of this medicine if required because because when the child normally cries without feeling hungry and they cried his directly that means your child could be suffering with stomach pain in that case you can offer this medicine to the child and it could be used maximum four times in the day
