give Healthy food items to your child.
prepare food items like mix veg khichdi, mix veg soup,Daliya , homemade cerelac , sheera, rab, etc to your child.
avoid giving packet food items.
give Healthy servings like one or twice in a day,you should give one fruit to a child.
give nuts and dry fruits etc.
