A. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application. they will persist for few weeks and then will go away if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then yosu have to meet the doctor for evaluation. some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, sallergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

A. Evion vitamin E cream you can apply as it could probably be due to dryness and if it is not due to dryness then kindly check with your doctor this could be due to some skin related problem or some deficiency of calcium in the body
