#AskTheExpert while pooping my baby was crying heavily, daily once she was pooping and we are not using any gripe water, she was taking breast feeding as well as formula feeding also ( because we blessed with twins )..please provide any suggestion.. thank you....,,

Hello..if you are breast feeding than cut dairy from diet... some babies are more sensitive to foods that others. try not too eat onions,broccoli, or any other foods that are spicy or give gas. if you are giving formulamilk- switch from regular formula to soy... it may be a milk allergy. Do tummy Massage- pump her legs, rub her tummy, put pressure on it, or give her a warm bath.
