ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. baby when sucking at the breast and gets gets a good mouthful of milk with each suck makes a small grunting/gulping noise with swallow. there is a sucking swallowing and breathing if a baby is gaining adequate weight is active and urine output is adequate do not worry
