#AskTheExpert While breastfeeding how to know if the babys stomach is full? We have been giving our baby top feed / breast milk with measurements at regular intervals and there was healthy weight gain. Now we have shifted to exclusive breastfeeding and the increase in weight is very less

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl3 years agoA. give mother milk on demand. Breast feeding should be at least till 6 month of age. If not possible then milk formula should be given with proper dilution . After 6 month can start with top feed along with cow milk .
