You can give whole cow's milk and milk products like curd, cheese, homemade paneer, butter and ghee in small amounts can be added to your child's food. Give all seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give plain nuts and seeds to eat. Give rice, roti and Dal. You can give cucumber and carrot sticks to eat if your child has teeth. Give pulses like moong Dal and masoor dal. Give one boiled egg per day. Give idli and dosa with butter or ghee or sambar. Give all vegetable curries.
