#asktheexpert which type of diet I give to my 4 year daughter??? her weight is 13.5 kg and height is 100 cm.

A. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparationsband daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided. if you will give excessive of miolk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food. over all you need to see asthat you are giving a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requirements according to the age

A. Hello dear parent! Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks in a day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
