#asktheexpert which toothpaste and brush should I use for my 14 months old? also how can I clean his tongue I tried with a soft cotton cloth but it's still white because of cold medicines. he is not eating properly I think because of his tongue.

A. hi kids have deposits over tongue when they take medicines as they are flavoured and coloured. maintain a habit of brushing your kids teeth two times a day using fluoride free toothpaste
