Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. you can go for either painless vaccine or painful vaccine because both have got same effectiveness and efficacy and immunity. painless v v v vaccines usually do not cause fever while in painful vaccine fever and pain will continue for 2 or 3 days. according to your preference you can choose any one of them
