It is better to give multivitamins from natural foods like Vegetable, salads, fruits, Dal's, almonds, dates, walnuts
Incase if you feel , you can give 1 serving of protein supplement that is less in sugar content. read the label for the information.you can choose from kids pro, pediasure, go pro kydz, quista kids .
