give full fat milk till 2 years
top milk intake should not be more than 500 ml

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. You can go for full cream packet Mail you can go for buffaloes or cows milk whatever your choices you can go for any milk after the age of one year but just add about 20% water to start with so it becomes light and easy for your child to digest
