#AskTheExpert Which foods should be totally avoided while breastfeeding? Does eating an egg cause flatulence in my baby whom I'm breast feeding? Is boiled sweet corn bad if I eat when feeding?

Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions Tomatoes Caffeine Chocolate Eggs Soy Wheat Peanuts Citrus food products,Processed food. can take egg n sweet corn in moderate amount.
